Since I did not offer you an extra credit opportunity on Friday, I am offering it Wednesday, November 13, 2013!!
Write one full paragraph (5 - 7 complete sentences) describing of one of the four battles we've talked about in class. Be sure to include the name of the battle, the date and location of the battle, the outcome, and the significance of the battle. Your paragraph must read smoothly: word choice is just as important as in Language Arts!
DUE: Thursday November 21, 2013 at the beginning of class! Must bring a written copy to class - No exceptions. : > }
***This extra credit assignment is worth seven + 1 (8) points.
Name - 1 point; Grammar- 1 point; Historic accuracy - 3 points; 5 - 7 Complete sentences - 2 points; And an Extra-extra credit point if you include "significant" information you found interesting, or something you are still confused about.
***You only qualify for extra credit if, and only if, all of your assignments since October 14th have been turned in—NO missing assignments.
***However, if you complete your missing assignment and this extra credit opportunity, you may exchange the extra credit points for the "Missing" and/or "Zero" in the grade-book. If you are missing Bell Work, you may want to wait for an extra credit assignment worth more points - yes, there will be one (1) in the near future. But, it will tougher because of the point value.
